Area description

The La Torre resort is the flagship of the famous Polaris World luxury golf resorts.  The 'town centre' and waterfront has numerous cafes, bars and restaurants, and an international hotel, health spa and gym are opening in 2009. There are about 20 golf courses in the area, and guests are entitled to substantial discounts on all the NICKLAUS GOLF TRAIL courses (currently 4).  For non-golfers, some of Spain's best beaches are also within easy reach, the nearest only 15 minutes away.  For culture and retail therapy the nearby cities of Murcia and Cartegena offer excellent facilities. Guests are provided with location and contact information for all the golf courses in the area. Also detailed directions as to how to get from the Apartment to the local beaches, shopping centres, recommended restaurants, and of course all the other 'Nicklaus Golf Trail' courses.

 

Property Description

This spacious apartment is located in one of the best positions on the La Torre resort alongside the 18th fairway - quiet, but only a few minutes stroll from the Club House, supermarket and restaurants. 

It has two air-conditioned bedrooms (many apartments do not), one double (king size) and one twin. 

The spacious lounge/dining room is luxuriously furnished and has British television. 

The terrace is fully equipped for 'al fresco' living. 

Walk through your own private garden to the beautiful communal garden and pool area, with two large pools and spacious sun-deck area.
