Area description

There are beautiful sandy beaches all along the Mar Menor from San Pedro del Pinatar to Santiago de la Ribera to Los Alcazares with its mile long promenade, marina, excellent shops, restaurants and bars, and a new shopping mall complete with cinema. Each October, the town celebrates its municipal independence, granted in 1983, with a spectacular week long fiesta.   Murcia is the nearest airport (MJV) which is just over 10 minutes drive from the resort. Alicante is about 45 minutes drive. Flights to Murcia are available from 9 different airports in the UK and through 6 different UK based low cost airlines. The flying times for all flights to Murcia Airport from the UK is around 2.5 hours. Easyjet fly direct from Gatwick to Murcia.   Local towns Balsicas, Roldan are approx 5 minutes drive. The city of Murcia is approx 20 minutes drive with the Mar Menor (Los Alcazares) San Javier and Los Narejos all 15 minute drive.

Property Description

This fantastic, contemporary styled apartment is the largest of the various styles on La Torre Golf Resort, and is a superb home from home on a great location. Situated only a 2 minute stroll to the restaurants, bars, golf clubhouse, Intercontinental Hotel, and supermarket.  The stylishly furnished living/dining room has plenty of room for 6 of you to relax and eat after an afternoon on the course. The over-sized patio doors leading from the lounge to the terrace really adds to the overall feeling of space and light throughout the apartment. A gin and tonic was made for this balcony and the very comfortable table and chairs will help to set the scene. You'll be able to cook up a feast in the first class kitchen which is furnished with everything needed for a five star holiday; dishwasher, cooker, hob, full size fridge and a washing machine, plus crockery and a coffee machine. There is also a selection of restaurants to suit all tastes.
